Write from the address you use for Heartdue, and we can find your account straight away.

Cancelling a plan

A plan is cancelled where it was bought. You keep everything it includes until the end of the period you've paid for, and you aren't charged again.

  • Bought in the Android app: Google Play → your picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  • Bought in the iPhone app: your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
  • Bought on this website: Settings → Your plan → Manage or cancel.
  • Set up somewhere else: it's changed or cancelled where it was set up.
