Private and secure by design, always encrypted in transit
Track your bills, subscriptions and spending in one place.
Heartdue keeps a simple list of everything you pay for, shows what's due next, and tells you how much of your budget is left. If you want, you can let someone you trust see it too. They can look, but they can never touch your money.
Bills
Rent, phone, electricity, and when each is due
Subscriptions
Streaming and apps, and the ones you forgot
Purchases
Everyday spending, logged from your phone
Budget
How much is left to spend, and per day
About the app
One calm place for the money side of life, and the people helping with it.
Made for adult children helping a parent, couples who want shared visibility without joint everything, anyone recovering from illness, carers, and people who simply want an accountability partner.
Bills & subscriptions
Every due date in one place, what's due soon or overdue at a glance, and a flag on subscriptions you seem to have forgotten.
A budget that stays honest
See what's left this period after bills and everyday spending, and roughly how much that is per day.
Spending from your phone
Pay with Apple Pay or a card on Android and it's logged a moment later. Or snap a receipt instead.
Balances, on your terms
Type in what's in your accounts. Choose which ones count toward the budget, so it never shows money you don't have.
A Trusted Circle
Invite a family member, partner or friend. They see what you allow, and can leave you a gentle note.
An AI assistant that explains
Ask plain questions like “can I afford this?” or “how much should I keep aside?” and get answers built on your own numbers.
Every currency, many languages
Keep your figures in any of 150+ currencies, and use Heartdue in 12 languages, including Arabic, Chinese, Hindi and Spanish.
How sharing works
You own the account and pick a level for each person. Helping someone who shared with you is always free.
- 1
Bills only
Sees upcoming bills, subscriptions and due dates. No account balances.
- 2
Bills + balances
Everything in Bills only, plus current account balances.
- 3
Full view
Everything, plus spending trends and paid history. The fullest picture.
Privacy & security
Built so there's very little to worry about.
Sharing money details takes trust, so here's exactly what Heartdue does and doesn't do with yours. No ads, and nothing on screen is trying to rush you.
What Heartdue can't do
Some things are safe because the app simply has no way to do them.
Move money.
There is no connection to your bank, so nobody (not you, not your circle, not Heartdue) can pay, transfer or change anything there.Ask for your bank login.
Balances are numbers you type in yourself, whenever you like.Keep full account or card numbers.
Only the last 4 digits are stored, and the database refuses anything longer. Card numbers in payment notifications from your phone are removed before anything is saved.See your card when you pay for a plan.
Payment happens on Stripe's secure checkout page, not in Heartdue.
Who sees what
You decide, person by person, and you can change your mind at any time.
Three levels of access.
Bills only, Bills + balances, or Full view. Anything outside someone's level never reaches their screen.Checked by the database, not just the screen.
Every request is filtered by rules in the database itself, so a hidden button isn't the only thing standing in the way.Look, don't touch.
People in your circle can leave you a note. They can't add, change, pay or delete anything.Nothing happens quietly.
Each time someone views your finances it shows in your activity. Access can end on a date you choose, and you can remove anyone instantly.
How your data is protected
The unglamorous parts, done properly.
Always encrypted in transit.
Every page is served over HTTPS, and browsers are told never to use anything less.Phone keys that can't read anything.
A key only adds spending to one profile. It's shown once, stored only as a fingerprint, and you can switch it off at any time.Receipts aren't kept.
Location details are stripped from the photo on your device before upload, the total is read once, and the image isn't saved.Leaving means leaving.
Deleting your account needs a confirmation link from your email, then removes your data with it.
The AI assistant
On the AI Advisor plan. Useful, and kept on a short leash.
It sees only what you can see.
When a helper on Bills only asks something, balances aren't even part of what the AI assistant reads. Some things are never sent.
Account numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, notes and people's names stay out of every request. The maths is Heartdue's.
Figures are worked out by the app first. Google's Gemini model only puts them into words, and every answer is labelled as AI.Nothing changes by itself, and nothing is kept.
Suggestions wait for you to apply them, and the questions you ask aren't saved.
